| West Lafayette In. April 4, 1922
The Public Library Board met in the high school building. President called the meeting to order with the following members present: Everett B. Vawter, Grace H. Price, Carolyn Shoemaker, Ethel B. McQueen, Jacob B. Cunningham, W. E. Downs. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved as read. Mrs. Price reported that Library week [is] to be worked in connection with the village union meetings Mrs. McQueen reported the gift of some 300 books from Miss Barnes, secretary was instructed to write her a vote of thanks for this gift. Report of committee on buildings and grounds by Mr. Cunningham that a member of ssight were under consideration but no definite action had been taken Finance committee report by Mr. Cunningham the following amount having been paid

Motion made and seconded that report be received and spread of record Motion carried The following bills were allowed and ordered paid E. B. Vawter having books $2.00, J.B.
