The Public Library Board met in the high school building with the following members present. Everett B. Vawter, Carolyn Shoemaker, Ethel B. McQueen, W. R. Smith, Jacob B. Cunninghma, W. E. Downs

The President called the meeting to order

Minutes of lasting meeting read and approved as read.

Report of the finance committee by Mr. Cunningham showed the following amounts paid and credited

Total received for the month 60.39

Total received at last meeting 1034.72

Total received to date 1095.11

Report from the building committee that a number of places had been looked into, among others was the town hall and there being a report that the town offices might be moved to the new [fine] department building a motion was made that the building committee get in touch with the town board advising them that the library board would like to get the town hall for a library. Motion carried.

A few minutes was given to a general discussion of the Library.
