The West LaFayette Publib Library Board met in regular session at the Public Library, July 3, 1923, with all members present except Mrs. E. O. Price.

The secretary's report was read and approved.

Mr. Cunningham gave the following report for the financial committee:

Subscriptions received for the West LaFayette Public Library from June 5, 1923, to July 3, 1923, inclusive:

Total rec'd since last rep't – 200.99

Am't heretofore reported rec'd – 2100.64

Total am't rec'd to date – 2301.63

Am't heretofore paid over to Town Treasurer – 2000.00

Balance on deposit in Bank – 301.63

The Treasurer reports that he has rec'd the June distribution of Taxes of – 1302.33

Am't Treasurer had on hand before the June draw – 322.05

Total in hand of Treasurer – 1624.38

Total amount now available in all funds – 1926.01

Miss M. D. Elliott was officially appointed Librarian for the summer during Mrs. Dickey's absence at the salary of 50.00 per mo.

The purchase of any reference works was postponed for the present.

No further business being before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
