The West LaFayette Public Library board met in regular session with Mr. Vawter, Mrs. McQueen, Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Burtsfield present.

The meeting was called to order by the president, Mr. Vawter and the secretary's report was read and approved.

Mr. Cunningham reported that since the last meeting he had received checks on subscriptions as follows:

Mrs. Dickey's monthly report was received and ordered filed.

The Book Committee reported that the books ordered purchased at the November meeting had been ordered. The Committee was authorized to purchase 50.00 worth more of books.

The Budget Committee was not ready to report and they were instructed to be ready to report at the January meeting.

Mr. Cunningham gave a very good report of the meeting of the Library Board at Indianapolis, Nov. 15.

The House Committee was authorized to equip the front door of the Library with a door check. The following bills & salaries were allowed and ordered paid:

Mrs. Dickey gave the following report of the contingent fund:

Fines Collected – 5.86

Total receipts – 9.09

Expenditures during month – 4.63

Balance on hand Dec. 4 – 4.46
