The Public Library Board met in regular session with the following members present: Mr. Cunningham, Miss Carolyn Shoemaker, Mrs. E. O. Price, Mrs. Ethel B. McQueen, and Mr. Burtsfield.

The secretary's report was read and approved.

The following bills were read and ordered paid:

The Librarian's report was received and ordered filed.

The report of the contingent fund was as follows:

Balance July 7, 1925 – 4.86

Fines collected during mo. - 5.06

Expenses during mo. - 4.20

Balance Aug. 1, 1925 – 5.72

There being no further business the Board adjourned.
