The West LaFayette Public Library board met in regular session with the following members present: J. B. Cunningham, Mrs. E. O. Price, Mrs. Ethel B. McQueen, W. R. Smith, E. B. Vawter, and F. A. Burtsfield.

The secretary's report was read and approved.

The Librarian's report was received and ordered filed.

The Librarian's contingent fund report was as follows:

Balance Aug. 1, 1925 – 5.72

Fines during Aug & Sept – 11.76

Expenses during Aug & Sept – 7.73

Balance Oct 6, 1926 – 9.75

The following bills were allowed and ordered paid:

Total – 214.22

The Board appointed Mrs. E. O. Price and Mrs. Eva Dickey, the Librarian, to attend the In. State Library meeting at Ft. Wayne, Oct. 20-23, 1925.

Mr. Vawter reported that coal had been purchased.

There being no further business the Board adjourned.
