The Library board met in regular session at the Library building at 7-30 pm with following members present – Mr. Vawter, Mr. Burtsfield, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Pierce.

The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

Bill amounting to 244.74 were read and ordered paid.

The treasurer deposit was not given in but the secty. advised that the semi annual draw from the city had been made amounting to $2074.66 and all notes at the bank and interest had been paid.

A letter was read from the President Mrs. Price who is [???]

The Librarian report and petty cash showed receipts from fines of $7.08, expenditure $6.29 in a balance of $12.61.

Mrs. Dickey announced she expected to have a [?] at the Feby. Meeting for the Board to inspect.

The annual meeting election was held with the following results:
