The regular meeting of the Board was called to order at 7-48 with all members present.

The minutes of the February meeting were read and approved.

The regular monthly bills, were presented allowed and ordered paid, the total of the same being $247.12.

The Librarian's report was read and discussed at some length. Mrs. Hazel Warren of the State Board being present and participating – A communication from the American Professor Supply Co. concerning a new [?] was read but no action taken further than to [?]. Mr. Burtsfield and Mrs. Dickey on the committee for further investigation, the President – Mrs. McQueen announced the standing committees as follows:

Finance – Burtsfield, Vawter

Buildings & Grounds – Vawter, Pierce and Mrs. McQueen

Books – Mrs. Price, Miss Shoemaker, Burtsfield & Pierce

Miss Warren spoke concerning extending Library service to the Klondyke Community, the Board standing ready to cooperate in the matter
