The Board met in regular session with five members present including the President.

Bills were read and ordered paid in the sum of $199.82.

The Librarian's report shows 5701 books on the shelves. 2810 issued during the month to 1817 borrowers.

The financial report shows a regular balance of $1923.70 with gift reported of $10.00 – Total $1933.70.

The Budget was submitted again some what [???] to comply with the new order concerning same and again approved.

On motion of Mrs. Price the [Wesleyean ??? Guild] was given the privilege of meeting weekly ||monthly|| in the Library Bldg.
