The Library Board met with Dean Shoemaker presiding and the following members present: Mr. Smith, Mr. Vawter and Mr. Burtsfield. Secretary's report was read and approved.

Bills amounting to $300.89 were allowed.

Mr. Burtsfield gave finanaical report.

Bids were opened and read – as follows:

Frank Sullivan – re-roofing new part of library: $100.85
H. Kellog – papering - $19.00
Robb Love – cleaning side walls: $4.00
[Bulsford] – election expenses: $21.00

Mr. Vawter moved that purchase of tables and desks as reported be approved – Motion carried.

House committee was authorized to get the equipment and do decoarting necessary to complete children's room.

Repair of roof was authorized, Mr. Sullivan's bid being accepted.
