The Library Board assembled as usual in the children’s room with Mr. Vawter, Mrs. McQueen, Mr Pierce & Mrs. Price present.
Bills amounting to $472.12 were approved and ordered paid.

A motion by Mr. Pierce, seconded by Mrs. McQueen, authorized the Pres. To get satisfactory legal permission in regard to our power to create a sinking fund to be held in reserve for future building purposes, motion carried.

The Board notes with a good deal of gratification the steady growth of the Library, and the important part it is filling in our community life and foresees – in the not remote future a need for larger and better buildings and equipment, and for that reason is interested in creating a sinking fund.

The Librarian presented her monthly report.
