In the absence of the Pres. And V. Pres – it was moved and carried that Mrs. McQueen preside.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

Bills amounting to $284.25 were approved and ordered paid.

Librarian’s report gave 7838 books on shelves – the month’s circulation 3243 volumes – 36 new subscribers.
It was taken by consent that the Librarian be given her usual vacation.
Mr. Vawter gave an interesting report of the district meeting at Goodland which had been attended by himself and Mrs. Vawter, The Librarian - Mrs. Dickey - and Mrs. Price.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
