The Library Board met in the Children’s room with Dean Shoemaker, Prof. Burtsfield, Mr. Pierce, Mrs. McQueen, Mrs. Price and Mr. Vawter present. A motion presented by Mr. Vawter authorized the house committee to have new shelving installed to relieve the overfilled condition of the present stacks.

The matter of the budget was given some consideration and referred to the finance committee to prepare and present at the August meeting.

Bills amounting to $361.37 were approved and ordered paid.
