The W. L. Library Board met in regular session with V. Pres Mrs. P. S. Emerick presiding. Mr. Vawter and Dr. Creek were absent.
Minutes of Jan. 3rd were omitted.
Bills to the amount of $267.96 were presented and ordered paid. A bank balance amounting to $2626.05 was reported.
The following committees were assigned for 1933:

A motion was made and carried to accept the following suggested order of business:

Mrs. Dickey presented a gift of $5.00 from the Three O’Clock Club suggesting a note of acknowledgement be written by the Sec.
The Librarian reported the Library open 25 days in Jan. with an average daily circulation of 199 books and a total of nearly 5000 books of which 1305 were non-fiction, 58 new books purchased and 10 books donated. At present there are 5081 adult books on the shelves and 3314 juvenile books, a total of 8395 volumes. The register shows 2404 borrowers.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
