The West Lafayette Public Library board met on Wednesday evening, Jan 2 instead of the regular first Tuesday of the month, because Tues. was New Years Day.

All members were present with the exception of Mrs. Yeager, Mr. Hamilton and Prof. Mason.

The minutes were read and approved.

Bills were checked and ordered paid in the sum of $244.22.

There was no special business for the board to consider, but it was the regular time for the election of officers for the ensuing year.

Nominations were made and the following officers elected:
Pres. – Prof. T. E. Mason
Vice Pres – Mr. R. T. Hamilton
Sect – Miss Emma Cunningham
