On January the fourth at seven o’clock in the children’s room of the library the Library board met with all members but one present.
The secretary read her report and it was accepted. The report of the nominating committee was read by the secretary as follows:

Mr. Creek – President, Miss Cunningham – Vice President, Mrs. McKee – secretary.

Mr. Mason moved and Mr. Burtsfield seconded his motion that the report be accepted.

Bills to the amount of $288.23 were checked and allowed.

Mrs. Dickey’s report showed 3039 books issued during the twenty-six days the library was open.

The meeting adjourned.
