Mr. Creek, Mr. Mason, Mr. Burtsfield, Mrs. McQueen and the secretary met August the second in regular board session.
Bills to the amount of $261.20 were checked and ordered paid. The librarian’s report showed a daily circulation of 130 books for the twenty five days during July.

Mr. Burtsfield read and discussed the budget for 1939.

Mr. Creek instructed Mr. Burtsfield to proceed with the budget and have it signed by the necessary board members.
