The Library board was called to order by its president Mr. Creek at seven o’clock, Tuesday February the sixth. The Board welcomed Mrs. Loweel Martin and Mr. B.V. Bechdolt who were appointed to fill the vacancies of Mr. Burtsfield and Mrs. McQueen.
Mrs. Dickey’s report was read:

The bills were checked and the amount was voted paid, being $305.58.
There was a discussion following a proposal to change the day of meetings. Miss Cunningham made a motion which was seconded and passed changing the night from the first Monday to the first Tuesday night of each month, the time remaining the same – seven o’clock.
Mr. Creek asked that the secretary write a note of thanks to Mr. Burtsfield who retired from the Board.
There was no report from the nominating committee or from the P.L.A. committees.
Mrs. Dickey reported the gift of 25 volumes of mystery stories by Dr. E. Sutcliffe.
Miss Cunningham moved the meeting adjourn.
