Kicking off our Lafayette Symphony Orchestra series, discover the string family, often considered the backbone of the orchestra.
Learn how they’re built, how they create sound, and the unique roles they play in a symphony.
An LSO musician will demonstrate techniques, perform musical excerpts, and share what makes string instruments so expressive and versatile.
