Teen/Adult Program: Behind the Music with Lafayette Symphony Orchestra WINDS

Explore the bright, lyrical voices of the wind family, including woodwinds and brass-adjacent air-powered instruments.
From the soaring flute to the reedy clarinet and expressive oboe, this session highlights how breath becomes music.
An LSO musician will explain how wind instruments work, demonstrate different sounds and styles, and show how winds add color, personality, and emotion to orchestral music.
