Hoosier Book Club Movie Night – The Magnificent Ambersons (1942)

Join Hoosier Book Club on Tuesday, March 14th, in the Elm Room for a showing of 1942’s The Magnificent Ambersons directed by Orson Welles.
The HBC just finished its first novel, Tarkington’s classic Magnificent Ambersons. On March 14th, current club members will gather in the Elm Room at 4:30 PM to watch the 1942 film adaptation of Tarkington’s most famous novel. There will be popcorn as well as a handout of our next Hoosier Book Club pick, Kurt Vonnegut’s Player Piano.
Copies of the next book pick can be made available for pick-up from the reference desk on the first floor by request only. Patrons interested in joining the Hoosier Book Club should email droddel@wlaf.lib.in.us
