West Lafayette Public Library offers exam proctoring for academic, civic, and professional exams.
- The appointment fee for a single test is $25. You can pay this fee using cash or card on arrival. Additional fees are charged for time beyond two hours or more than one exam.
- Instructors must provide all instructions for accessing and administering the exam to your proctor at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Students are fully responsible for ensuring that all documentation is in place.
- Cancellations must be communicated to your proctor in advance of the appointment. No call, no shows (including by way of cancellation due to no administration instructions) will not be granted future appointments.
Appointments must be booked at least one week in advance and are not available after 5:00 or on weekends. For exams that are more than one hour in length, choose an appointment time that has two consecutive hour slots available.
Submitting an appointment request below is not final confirmation of an appointment. Staff will respond to confirm the appointment, book a two-hour frame, and give next steps.
