Predicting Presidential Elections: From 1900 Until Today

November 2 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Join us in the Elm and Maple Rooms for a little historical perspective on presidential elections since 1900, complete with cool maps, indicating partisanship by state. Speakers will illustrate several important hypotheses that the data suggests might be incorporated in efforts to predict the future by explaining the past in regard to U.S. Presidential Elections.

The speakers are Richard Hogan, Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Purdue University, and Jay McCann, Professor of Political Science at Purdue University.  This is a nonpartisan educational event that is free and open to all.
