Junior Egg Drop Challenge

We’ll provide the eggs, the recycled, repurposed materials and you bring the creativity and assembly skills. Meet us on top of the Library’s Garage to build and drop your egg.

The challenge for kids is to drop an egg-containing contraption approximately 2 meters, from the highest point of our parking garage to the next highest parking tier. Think your egg will survive a fast encounter with concrete? Let’s find out together!

If you would enjoy working ahead and bringing an egg already prepared for the drop you are welcome to participate too.
