The Library offers the following meeting rooms (max capacities):
Elm, Maple, Walnut: up to 130
Elm & Maple: up to 100
Maple & Walnut: up to 80
Elm: up to 50
Maple: up to 50
Walnut: up to 30
Creativity Lab: up to 24
The rooms listed below may be reserved for same-day use in-person only:

You may schedule space for a meeting/event by filling out a meeting room request form below. Questions? Call us at (765) 743-2261. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
You must have an unrestricted West Lafayette Public Library card, and be 18 years of age or older to reserve a room, in advance. Those without a West Lafayette Public Library card may reserve a room if available on the same day.
Please read the WLPL Meeting Room Use Policy prior to requesting a reservation
- No admission fee may be charged for admission to meetings in the Meeting Rooms or elsewhere on Library premises.
- Rooms used for private events require a $35/hr fee (min of 2 hours)
- The selling of materials and/or services is prohibited in the Meeting Rooms and anywhere else on Library premises.
- Rooms may be reserved up to 6 months in advance
