Children’s Day

In Turkey April 23 is celebrated as National Sovereignty and Children’s Day and it is a national holiday. We will celebrate Children’s Day together at the Library. Enjoy Turkish dances performed by community kids. Are you interested in sharing a dance from your culture?  Please contact the Children’s Department to let us know of your interest. Call 765 743 2261 or come by to let us know. All are welcome to perform or to watch dancers. There will be crafts to make and food to try as we celebrate our diverse backgrounds and the joys of childhood!
